Scottish Government To Press Ahead With Drs

The Scottish government has announced that it will be introducing a deposit return system (DRS) for glass, plastic and aluminium drinks containers and that the deposit would be set at 20p. The DRS Implementation Advisory Group is providing industry input and guidance on the scheme's interaction with consumers, producers, retailers and the hospitality industry, which will be key to its success.
