Schott And Qvf Merge Process Plant Activities

Schott is to merge its engineering business with QVF's activities with a view to further improving its international market position. An agreement has been reached between Schott in Mainz and the QVF group which is based in Wiesbaden. The merger will result in one of the world's largest suppliers in the glass plant and pipeline sector.
