Saver To Acquire Verlipack Mol

The takeover of Verlipack Mol's site in Belgium has almost been completed, according to the FGTB unioin, and only the go-ahead from the Turnhout commercial court is needed. A union official announced that French company Saver has concluded an agreement on the value of the aquisition with the receivers and banks.
