Russian Recycling

Russian firm Actis, which produces new glass bottles for the drinks industry from waste glass, has chosen Redwave sorting technology for its processing site. In addition to the BT-Wolfgang's Redwave glass sorting machines, the contract also includes metal separators, screening machines, crusher, an extraction system, as well as associated conveying technology. Actis is located in Novocherkassk, 30km from Rostov in Southern Russia. The integrated Redwave sorting machines play a part in the recycling of high quality white glass, brown glass or mixed glass with no impurities (KSP separation).
