[Russia] State Help For Erkan Site

The Ekran plant in Novosibirsk, Siberia will receive US$ 3.8M in government support for its investment project aimed at developing production of narrow and wide neck glass containers using existing capacity. The project was chosen ahead of other candidates for funding. The capacity of the plant is 250m bottles and jars a year.
