[Russia] Sisecam Investment

Trakya Cam, a unit of Turkish-based Sisecam, has announced plans to build a sheet glass factory in Russia. The investment is said to be worth between US$180-190M. The company has reportedly signed an agreement with the government in Russia's Tataristan region to carry out feasilbity tests on the plant's construction.
