[Russia] New Glass Container Factory Onstream

A new glass container factory in the Tyumen region, Russia, has recently come onstream. "Steklotech," will produce bottles in clear & brown glass. Volume production will reach 300M units/pa, destined to supply the Urals Federal District. Investment for the project was said to be around 3.5BN rubles, which the company is confident of repaying quickly, due to the need for glass in the area.
