[Russia] New Fiberglass Plant - Foundation Stone Laid

The first foundation stone of a new fiberglass plant in the Alabuga special economic industrial production zone (SEZ) in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan was ceremonially laid on 4 July, the press-centre of Tatneft reported. The joint venture "P-D Tatneft Alabuga Steklovolokno" founded on 50-50 basis by Tatneft-Alabuga (a 100% subsidiary of OAO Tatneft) and P-D Glasseiden GmbH Oschatz, is based at the SEZ.
