[Russia] Change To Duty On Glass Fibre Cloth Imports

The Russian government is to reduce the import duty on glass fiber cloth which is more than 3 meters wide. When Government Resolution No. 118 of 3 March 2006 comes into effect on 24 April 2006, glass fiber cloth over 300 centimeters wide will be taxed at 5.0% and all other glass fiber cloth at 15%. Previously, glass fiber cloth imports were subject to a single duty rate of 15%.
