The Romanian company's share capital will reach ROL 27.07M as a result of the merger. This will be divided into 644,638 shares with a nominal value of 42 ROL each. Following the merger, the Romanian company will modify its statutory documents. The firm's main business is making non-metallic mineral products; ancillary activities include producing fiberglass, technical glass, & retailing of ceramics & glassware.
