Refractory Marketing And Sales Agreement

RHI AG and Asahi Glass Ceramics have concluded an agreement to sell and market each others products in different parts of the world. In Europe, the glass division of RHI, plus its subsidiaries Refel in Italy and VRD-Glas in Germany, will now distribute Asahi Glass Ceramic's alumina and high zirconia fused cast refractories to makers of container and special glass. In return, Asahi Glass Ceramics will distribute in Asia the patented molybdenum reinforced fused cast refractories made by RHI and its subsidiaries. (whole item)
