The Refill Revolution

Many environmentally conscious consumers are switching to refillable packaging. For example, some brands are already taking the lead - Coca-Cola recently handed out micro-chipped refillable drinks bottles to students at the University of Reading as part of a pilot aimed at reducing plastic waste. This article examines the attraction of the growing trend and the obstacles it still has to overcome, such as hygiene risks.
