Record Lager Sales For Budvar

Budejovicky Budvar's lager sales and overall beer volumes both hit record levels in 2017. The state-owned company said that its lager sales were up 2% as production also reached a record high. Exports of the Budvar brand were up in the 12m by 2.6%. Total beer exports were up 1.5% to a record 990,500 hectolitres, making the company the second biggest Czech brewer, with a market share of 21.5%.
