[Quality Control] Non-Contact Inspection Solutions

NCT+ from MSC & SGCC, integrates up to four levels of thickness measurement, including heel, trace lynch, shoulder and neck areas. It is also possible to measure ovality on each level, though results can vary depending on the type of handling employed. This device can be installed on any rotating station, notably on MSC & SGCC CO, M, Check+ and Quick rotating machines. It detects critical defects such as light glass walls and ovalisation problems with freak containers. Depending on glass colour and container shape, NCT+ can use a system with a laser triangulation principle or alternatively, a system with a chromatic confocal method.
