The agreement between PLM AB, the Polish State Treasury and the employees fo the former state-owned Wielkopolska Huta Szkla glassworks (WHS) involving the establishment of PLM Wielkopolska Huta Szkla has been completed. PLM is the majority shareholder in the new company, with a holding of just over 50% and an option to buy the State Treasury's shares at a later date.
