Polfloat Saint-Gobain To Build Float Glass Factory In Poland

The Polish subsidiary of the French group Saint-Gobain, Polfloat Saint-Gobain, has raised US$39m from a consortium of local banks led by the Warsaw branch of ING Bank, the Dutch Bank, and Poland's Export Development Bank. According to a recent report from the US-based International Finance & Treasury, the loan will help finance the construction of a US$188m Greenfield float glass factory in southern Poland.
