Plm Redfearn - New Furnace Installed

PLM Redfearn recently celebrated the completed installation of a new £20m furnace at its Monk Bretton plant in Barnsley. The new furnace is part of a three-year improvement programme costing £42m. PLM's workforce of 1000 produces more than 3m bottles and jars a day. Fitting the combined furnace and bottle forming machine at the Monk Bretton site took almost nine months. (whole item)
