Pilkington Invests In Swedish Low-E Glass Coater

Pilkington is to increase its production of energy-saving glass to meet growing demand in Nordic markets for low emissivity glass with a £16m investment in a new coatings facility in Sweden. The plant is located alongside its existing float glass factory at Halmstad and is due to come on stream in 2001.
