Pennekamp Acquires Leerco

It has recently been announced that Ernst Pennekamp GmbH, of Germany, has acquired Leerco Engineering Ltd. Leerco will provide Pennekamp with experience and knowledge, refurbishing all types of lehrs and handling equipment in the glass container, float, CRT and TV industry, servicing, spares and installations worldwide. Personnel will remain unchanged and the business plans to expand its operation from its site at Full Sutton, near York.
