Packaging Recovery Targets Reduced

The Environment Department has issued draft regulations to amend the packaging recycling and recovery targets for 2006-2008 because of higher-than-expected waste arisings. The targets for overall packaging recovery have been reduced but those for recycling of plastics and glass are now higher.
