A first-time round product has been introduced recently, designed to analyse combustion fumes. It is a completely integrated zirconium oxide analyser for combustion fumes called Genesis. The analyser is produced by Land Combustion and the instrument, from the company's point of view, is unique because the control unit for instrument set up, the self-diagnostics system and the display are integrated into the probe itself. The compactness of this design means that installation operations are simplified (there is no need to connect up to remote controllers) and it gives the operator a direct and immediate interface at the site of installation. The company says that the new instrumentation, the high-and low-temperature probes, the version certified for use in areas at high explosion risk, all enable Genesis to satisfy unlimited applications.
