Owens-Illinois: Kkr Sells 1.6M Shares

Private equity firm KKR Associates notified the US Securities and Exchange Commission in a filing that it would sell 1.64 million shares of container glass manufacturer Owens-Illinois Inc. to Lehman Brothers Inc. KKR was set to earn US$ 38.5 million from the sale of the shares on 8 February 2005, according to the filing.
