Oscillating Horizontal Glass Tempering System

The HTHP model is an oscillating glass tempering system with rollers and is composed of five sections; loading, furnace, tempering, cooling and unloading. The Italian-based manufacturer, Tornati Forni, specifies that the roller system uses a double belt and the system for operating and closing the furnace is oleodynamic. Multizone probes control the temperature. The temperting section features hoods with double speed motion, with positioning control by linear sensors.
