Orind To Dominate China

Orind, the first wholly-owned Indian company to set up operations in China in 1994, after conquering the booming Chinese market, hopes to become one of the world's largest refractory manufactures by 2008. Outside India, other than China, Orind has offices, warehouses and business establishments in Australia, Canada, Germany, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Singapore, S Africa, S Korea, Trinidad and the USA. Formed in 1994 at an initial investment of US$5M, the company, based in the mineral-rich Liaoning province of northeast China, caters to the ever-demanding needs of the steel industry and beyond.
