O-I Resumes Gironcourt Furnace Construction

Construction work has resumed on a third furnace at O-I's Gironcourt plant, France. Work had been interrupted as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The world's largest container glassmaker had invested €60m into the investment. The expansion will see the glassworks produce 2 billion bottles of beer a year.
