O-I Plots The Sale Of Australasian Glass Business

O-I is considering the sale of it's Australian and New Zealand glassmaking business. It has appointed investment bank Goldman Sachs to negotiate the sale. The company said the review was aimed at exploring options to maximise investor value and may result in a divesture.
