O-I: Dividend On Convertible Preferred Stock

Owens-Illinois, Inc. announced 18 January 2006 that its board of directors has declared the quarterly dividend of US$ 0.59375 on each share of the company's US$ 2.375 Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on 15 February 2006 to holders of record as of 1 February 2006.
