Yioula Glassworks of Greece has introduced a new name and logo for its tableware, Uniglass, the result of a two year design project aimed to create a more dynamic approach to the international market and a stronger overall product statement. The name and logo were launched at the Ambiente trade fair in Frankfurt. New packaging has also been introduced. Yioula produces both containers and tableware in glass and as well as its operations in Greece, the company has subsidiaries in Bulgaria and Rumania. It has five glass plants in all. Containers are produced at Agealeo in Greece; Plovdiv and Sofia in Bulgaria; and at Bucharest in Romania. The Bucharest plant also produces tableware, and Yioula has a dedicated glass tableware factory at Elefsis in Greece. (whole item)
