New Stand-Alone Glass Thermometers For Oems

Land Infrared has added two new radiation thermometers specifically developed for the glass industry to its UNO stand-alone range. Designed for glass plant and equipment OEMs as well as end users, the new U5 thermometers provide accurate and reliable measurement of glass surfaces in the range of 400 to 2,500 deg C. According to Land, a fast speed response and focusable 100:1 optics make U5 thermometers ideal for a wide range of OEM equipment. Applications include automotive, container, flat glass and optical fibre manufacture, as well as bending, toughening, annealing, tin bath and IVD lathe.
