New Stacker Stabilisers Ware Transfer

Inmara (www.inmara.com/) has developed a mechanism to stabilise articles which are difficult to transfer from the cross conveyor to the lehr belt with a standard push bar, such as when unstable ware is transferred at high speed. The complete motion profile can be programmed and the optimum acceleration and deceleration of each movement automatically calculated. The stacker can be used without a stabilisers bar, or the stabilisers mechanism can be used for pharmaceutical, cosmetic or perfume containers, slender olive oil bottles or spirit bottles, bottles with rectangular bottoms or bottles with a greatly reduced bottom area.
