New Pet Container For Peanut Butter

Sun-Pat has been relaunched in a lightweight, "glass-clear," PET jar made by RPC Containers, Blackburn. The change from the existing glass packaging reflects "significant sustainability benefits" for brand owner Premier Foods; besides incorporating 50% PCR (post-consumer recycled) content, the new jar, says the company, delivers a lower carbon footprint during transportation.
