The New Muscovy Company

Premium Russian vodka Ivan the Terrible has overhauled the design of its bottle, cork and labelling to give the brand greater stand-out in retail and on-trade environments. The new-look bottle was designed by Webb Scarlett deVlam and manufactured by Stolzle Flaconnage. It shares design elements with traditional russian vodka decanters and is rectangular at the base, has broad, rounded shoulders and a long neck. Reinforcing the brand's association with Russian Tsar Ivan IV, the bottle's wooden stopper has a coin bearing his crest embedded into its top. Another element of the re brand is the three-part label, the front of which carries a portrait of Ivan, while the neck-label bears his signature. Gold foiling complements the new design.
