New Force In Aircraft Windows

GKN has become one of the world's leading suppliers of aircraft windows following its acquisition of the Aerospace division of Pilkington. Pilkington Aerospace is being integrated with GKN's existing aircraft windows operation to create the leader in the military plane windows market and the number two in the global civil aircraft windows market. GKN paid $67.5M for Pilkington Aerospace, which has factories in the USA; UK; Brazil and Thailand.
