Graham Chipchase has now joined the board of Rexam and became the company's finance director on 10 March. He replaced Michael Hartnall, who retires from the firm in May. Mr Chipchase is 40 years old and holds a degree in chemistry from Oxford University. He was previously finance director of the aerospace services division of GKN.
