New Blank & Blow Mould Mechanisms

BDF has recently improved its cylinders for blank & blow mould opening and closing M.O.C. to increase duration and efficiency in the productive process. The Italian company, from Vicenza, concentrated the new design of its M.O.C. on the diagnostic and servicing mechanism, while extra attention was given to details such as the sliding bushes for the piston shafts and check-valves. The bronze bushes have a new lubricant oil drainage system, which drains the oil back to the oil bath, thus reducing consumption to a minimum. The cylinder check-valves that work during the piston stroke absorption phase have now been moved to the outside of the cylinders in order to make access easier to operators during replacement.
