Japan's NEC Corp said it has set the sale price of 16 million shares in its subsidiary Nippon Electric Glass Co Ltd at JPY 2,326 per share. The disposal of the shares would bring in some JPY 16 billion in group pretax profit for NEC, but it would have no impact on its earlier group profit forecast, the company said in a statement.
