Tses Glass has appointed two companies for the civil engineering and construction of its 250/tpd container glass factory in Tses, Namibia. Namibia's Groot Group and Spain's Grupo Mara, will the the Industrial Facility Engineering Company (IFEC) responsible for designing the general piping and electrical installation, amongst other things. German-based Heye International is the Engineering, Procurement and Construction management for the factory and is responsible for the complete engineering and procurement of all equipment, technology and processes as well as overall project management and supervising of the container factory. Tses Glass is being developed to have all five separate manufacturing plants in a single location in Tses, Namibia. Groundbreaking of the site is scheduled to take place on 14th June 2014.
