Moulds And Accessories For Glass Containers, Tableware And Pressed Glass Articles

Omco Belgium staged its operation in 1964 and through continuous growth, now has six manufacturing facilities throughout Europe. The base material - cast iron and aluminium bronze - is produced in two Omco foundries. Through the specialisation of its manufacturing units, Omco can, it says, offer a complete range of mould equipment for the hollow glassware sector. According to Omco, the use of a revolutionary machining techniques enables it to offer increased capacity levels, improved accuracy and reduced lead times. Application of a dense tungsten carbide coating on plungers through the HVOF-process also makes the company a partner for ware resistant NNPB and press and blow plungers. Based on a sketch of the article to produce, Omco can, it says, offer a proper article drawing and the full design of the mould equipment.
