Motor Manufacturer Agrees Solar Control Glazing Deal

The Rover Group is to fit Pilkington Automotive's Optikool solar control glazing to all new models, starting witht he 1998 Rover 200 series. The solar control glass was chosen for its cooling qualities and it also reduces the load on air conditioning units. The glass will be gradually phased into model changes and new launches.
