More Lcd Plants For Taiwan

Asahi Glass is to build a fifth LCD glassmaking factory in Taiwan, with longer term plans to build another five plants to satisfy growing demand for LCD monitors and televisions. The plant will cost around US$ 400M and should be due for completion in 2009.
