Merger Of Glass Companies Goes Ahead

Rockware Glass and Redfearn Glass have merged through Rockware acquiring the assets of Redfearn. Redfearn Glass was purchased from the Rexam Group in 2005 by Rockware's parent, Ardagh Group. The merger of the two businesses under the Rockware brand is the final step in the integration process.
