Constellation Brands has completed its US$315m takeover of the Californian wine brand Meiomi. The company said it will now work to integrate the brand into its portfolio. "It is a natural fit," said Jay Wright, wine and spirits president for Constellation. According to Constellation, Meiomi, which was launched in 2006, has grown from a 60,000 case brand in 2010 to almost 600,00 cases in 2014.
