Management Buy-Out Of Refractory Company

A refractory product supply company has been the subject of a management buy out. DSF Refractories & Minerals has a new chairman and board to oversee operations. Neale Perkin, previously sales director, replaces Derek Whelpton as MD with Mr Whelpton taking on a part-time consultancy role for the company. Paul Hutchinson is promoted to sales and marketing director from sales manager, whilst John Catterall and Russell Whitehurst continue in their present roles as finance director and operations director respectively. Geoffrey Bell replaces chairman Alistair Ritchie.
