Making Quality With Traditional Technology

While the IS machine is universally recognised as the dominant forming method for glass packaging throughout the developed world, alternative mechanised technologies are still employed by a small group of glass making specialists, primarily in developing markets. Boukin in the Democratic Republic of Congo is looking forward to the installation of its first IS machine, but continues to provide high quality products using older technology, as explained in this article.
