Longer Lasting Abrasive Belt

VSM Abrasives has launched the Compactgrain continuous abrasive belt which, the company says, will not alter or deteriorate once it has been installed on a machine. Each component is processed to a precise size which will be reproduced exactly. Provided that the mechanical settings are maintained the grind of the belt will not alter. The grain is made up of individual clusters of conventional abrasive grains which are secured with resin bonding bridges to form integrated granulate nodules.
