Lehr Belt Brush Assembly

E W Bowman has released a new lehr belt brush assembly that uses an abrasive cylinder to provide a consistent prepared surface on the lehr belt. It can be installed at the cold end of almost any lehr. Bowman supplies a drive system that provides consistent drive to the brush assembly, along with a collection box to catch loose material. The collection box is fitted with a simple-to-remove tray for routine maintenance, or a separate vacuum system is available to allow continuous collection of tramp material.
