[Legislation] End Of Waste Criteria For Glass

End of Waste criteria for glass were adopted by the European Commission in July 2012 and the regulation has now come into force. It specifies that only glass cullet which is of a suitable quality for re-melting into bottles can achieve end of waste status. In the UK there are still uncertainties over accreditation and the impact on PRNs. Defra is still to issue guidance.
