[Latvia] New Plant For Valmieras Stikla Skiedra

The new plant for Latvia's glass fibre manufacturer Valmieras Stikla Skiedra (VSS) will be built by Merks construction company in the northern Latvian town of Valmiera. This should be completed by April 2006. VSS is planning to invest a total of LVL 24.3M in the new production facility.
