Latest Precoat Added To Range

Elna International has developed Kleenmold 409, a water-based precoat designed for use in moulds by glass container manufacturers. The precoat provides a clean, uniform coating and is suitable for use with both cast iron and bronze mould equipment. Non-toxic and non-hazardous, it enables the interval between swabbing to be extended and helps to give a smooth, shiny surface to bottles. Since it does not use fluorine or chlorine it is also an environmentally sound option. Finally, the coating is intended to be easy to apply to mould equipment at room temperatures.
