Knauf Insulation Files Lawsuit

Global leader in sustainable insulation products, Knauf Insulation, has filed a patent infringement action against CertainTeed Corporation seeking to protect Knauf Insulation's valuable intellectual property rights in its innovative ECOSE® Technology. Knauf Insulation claims that the manufacture, use and sale of certain CertainTeed Sustainable Insulation products infringe on Knauf Insulation's patent rights.
